When a tragedy hits home, the owner decided that rebuilding was not going to go far enough to address the items that they disliked about their home. Design Seed worked with them to re-design the architecture, select all the finishes, and build their dream home.

The partners of this law firm wanted to create a space that expressed their personalities. Design Seed worked with them to space plan the architecture, select all the finishes, select and procure the furnishings and furniture, and coordinate the installation of all of the finishes and furniture.

The owners wished to have a Kitchen addition that had a strong connection to the exterior  and clearer access to the yard for the family.  The also wanted to blend the character of the existing home with modern amenities, refinned finished and a young fresh vibe.

After 12 years, the family wanted to update all three floors of their townhouse including a new kitchen with a new layout, renovating bathrooms, replacing railings, upgrading insulation, refinishing floors, replacing carpeting, and new fireplace surround.

When the owners repurposed rooms of their condo, they were left with rooms with little to no lighting.  The solution was to create lit architectural woodwork that would compliment the owner's contemporary style and set the tone for the space, in both form and function.
