A Project Superintendent is knowledgeable in a variety of skills for supervising workers and performing minor carpentry work for remodeling projects and new construction on residences and small commercial projects while working unsupervised and in a timely fashion. The trade is generally learned through years of hands-on work, often in carpentry or mechanical repair environments. The Superintendent has an eye for detail, able to solve problems, schedule subcontractors’ work and assure quality control of the project. Responsibilities vary greatly and include completion of a remodeling project, minor carpentry, and liaison with contractors and clients.
Interior Design Assistant / Junior Designer
Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential design. Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to meet project deadlines. AutoCAD proficiency a must.
